please accurately measure your nail size using the guide below before placing your order. if you would like additional media of sets you want to purchase, please reach out here.

to make sure you know you are getting what you saw when purchasing, after completion of your order, we will reach out through your preferred method of contact to show you the finished product. we will ship the order once you have inspected the quality. orders take 5-10 days to complete on average.

we have two staple services for any post-receival hiccups that might occur:

1. nails do not fit as expected. we understand that there is a learning curve when it comes to finding your size. given that you have not already worn your nails, we will remake and swap your set(s) for the correct sizes. please be gentle when returning your order, as we are unable to swap a good set for a damaged set; shipping fees do apply.
2. individual fingers are lost after usage. we understand the frustration of losing your precious artifacts unexpectedly. we will provide up to 3 complimentary individual finger replacements for each set you've purchased. each finger afterwards will be an extra $10 charge. shipping fees do apply.
